Phoebe Buffay

Phoebe is spacey but she dances (and sings) to her own tune. Phoebe has had the most disfunctional childhood out of the Friends gang. Phoebe can sleep in public places. She also makes the world's best oatmeal raisin cookies, but she doesn't make them too often because she feels it wouldn't be fair "to the other cookies." And, she can cut hair....sort of. Phoebe used to be a masseuse and now plans to make a Relaxi Taxi, also she plays the guitar and sings at Central Perk.  Phoebe is also the one that all the Friends can turn to when they need to be uplifted.
