In Season 1, Joey says it's never okay to kiss moms, though aunts and sisters are possible. But his reaction to Chandler kissing his sister (Episode #511) suggests otherwise, when he explodes in anger.
In "TOW Rachel's Assistant", Chandler reveals that Ross slept with a cleaning woman in college. But in "TOW Phoebe's Husband", Ross makes a big deal about how Carol was the only woman he'd ever slept with, before Julie.
In the Pilot episode, Rachel refers to the guy she left at the altar as "Berry Finkle." But whenever he comes up during the rest of the show, he's now "Barry Farber."
In "TOW The Butt", Joey is seen in the shower, supposebly naked. But if you pay close attention to his shadow on the wall, you'll notice the outline of the shorts he's wearing.
Ross' dad claims he got his Porsche when he turned 50 ("TOW Joey Moves Out"). But in "TOW All the Rugby," Ross mentions how he "washed my dad's Porsche with rocks" when he was 4.
Rachel makes a point that she is freaked out by eyeballs in "TOW Joey's Big Break", claiming she can't even look when someone touches their own eye. But in "TOW Chandler in a Box", Rachel comes to Monica's aid when she gets an ice fragment lodged in her eye. She even accompanied Monica to the eye doctor's office and joked about jamming a pen into her eye.
Remember those flashbacks where we get to visit Ross, Monica, Rachel, and Chandler back in High School? Well, we learned that Chandler and Rachel met several times during Thanksgiving breaks at the Geller's house. But in "TOW The Flashback", Chandler and Rachel act as if they are total strangers. And even on top of that, in The Pilot episode, they act like they are meeting for the first time.
In "TOW Heckles Dies", Chandler is leaving the room and says "see you Matt" (to Joey) but it sounded enought like "man" to leave it in. Matthew Perry had a similar problem when he said "Hey Matt" in "TOW The Metaphorical Tunnel", when Joey comes into Central Perk.
Here's a different kind of error: In "TOW Ross Dates a Student," Joey walks into Monica's and you can see the microphone above his head!
